My professional path began in 1987 in India’s burgeoning Information Technology sector. After gaining experience at large tech firms, I co-founded a computer systems integration business - an early startup experience that taught me the vital importance of partner alignment and trust.

Moving to the United States in 2000, I spent over a decade leading tech consulting and staffing organizations. This chapter was defined by managing complex professional services and fostering alliances built on integrity and strategy.

9 Years of Transformative Coaching
Transitioning from tech leadership to professional coaching, I have spent the last nine years helping executives and teams master their 'inner game'. As a Certified Conscious Business Coach and Talent Optimization Consultant, I’ve focused on helping my client to enhance their soft skills like agility, resilience, and emotional intelligence.
